Note: All shipping costs for refund or exchange are covered by the customer unless it is a defect product made by us. Always contact us at info@alexcio.co before sending a product back.
Returns
We do offer a refund and exchange if possible. Refund must be made within 10 days after the package has arrived. The refund has to be approved by us before being sent back. If you want to make a refund please contact us at info@alexcio.co. We do offer exchange if possible, since the merchandise offered on alexcio.co is special ordered merchandise and sold for a limited time with a limited quantity it can't be guaranteed. Exchanges (if applicable)
Defective or damaged products will be remedied with either a refund or exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@alexcio.co. Exchanges are dependent on our inventory, if item is sold out you will get a refund instead.
